We are here to partner with you and your primary care provider, not replace them, and we will not prescribe any controlled drugs (such as opioids or benzodiazepines) or admit to a hospital.
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. Insurance dictates the treatment as well as the time that patients receive. To give you the best possible plan for restoring your health, we take time to really get to know you and have a full understanding of your health history so we can arrive at the best plan for you to achieve optimal wellness. Therefore, we do not accept insurance or Medicaid/Medicare, so we can do what is truly best for you, not merely what insurance pays for. We do accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HSA, and FSA!
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit is a missed opportunity for another client to experience our excellent services. As such, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Yes.
We understand that your time is valuable. We provide telehealth services for free consultations and medical follow-up appointments, if you prefer so. We just ask that you make sure you are in a well-lit space with a solid WIFI connection, so you can get the most out of your visit.
